"We decided to build a 24' x 26' garage. Once I contacted Neil, he came by with a quote(Which was the same price in the end) & gave me some options of where the best place to pour the pad. He also asked me if I wanted an apron and the pad. Since our back yard sloped he explained to me that if we moved the pad up a little then when he poured the apron, it wouldn't be such a steep incline. (I have heard some horror sories of people doing it themselves) Neil was very thorough and didn't mind answering any questions that I had. He even let me know when the concrete was ready so that my son & I could be home to see. We even got to put my son's handprints in. (which really meant alot to me). When the job was finished, it was nice to see that any mess they made was cleaned up.
